Description
Since our formation in 1971, there have been only 136 singers as full members of the Vancouver Chamber Choir — just 20 at a time, of course. Now they all finally get to join in the programme planning process! Each has been asked to recommend his or her favourite madrigal, motet, folksong and encore. From the resultant suggestions, it will be Jon's job to shape a scintillating programme. His problem will be which terrific pieces to leave out in order to have room for even better ones. The results are still a state secret (you'll have to come to the concert to find out who suggested what) but we can promise you a veritable choral hit parade!
